The Treasurer's report was approved as read. Edna Street There was a discussion about the road and marking the trees. Woodland Road A new staircase from the second floor at the back of the house was finished by the end of June as required. The Board voted unanimously to reimburse Arlex Oil Corporation for the emergency work, as no others were available. A thank you note will be sent to Bernie Osgood for his assistance. It has been reported that the dishwasher is not working. Marshall told Til we would pay $100 towards repair or replacement. Waltham Street The shutters that had been removed and cleaned were thrown out in the rubbish by the staff. They will be replaced and the bill will be sent to CMARC. Locke Village Joan was requested to send the Income qualifications to the Police chief, Fire Chief, and the Highway Superintendent to see if any Town employees are interested and qualify for a three or four bedroom unit. Muzzey Condo We are obligedto sell a unit by next May. Marshall will discuss it with the Selectmen. It was suggested it be offered to a tenant first, then to an income qualified Town employee.
