The minutes were approved as read.
The Treasurer's report was approved as read,
F~dna Street There was a discussion about the road and mar?~ing the trees.
woodland load Anew staircase from the second floor at the back of the house
was finished by the end of June as required. The Board voted unanimously to
reimburse A.rle~ oil Corporation for the emergency work, as no others were
available. A thank you note will be sent to Bernie Osgood for his assistance.
It has been reported that the dishwasher is not working, Marshall told Til
we would pay $loo towards repair or replacement.
~~Ialtham Street The shutters that had been removed and cleaned were throim out
in the r~.bbish by the staff. They will be replaced and the bill will be
sent to CP4~C.
Locke Village Joan was requested to send the Income qualifications to the
Police chief, Fire Chief, and the .Highway Superintendent to see if any Town
employees are interested and qualify for a three or four bedroom t~.it,
Muzze~Condo ~4~e are obliged. to sell a unit by nest May, Marshall will discuss
zt with the Selectmen, It was suggested it be offered to a tenant first, then
to an income qualified Town employee. If there is more than one person intereted,
there will be a lottery.
