Present: Marshall Derby, Don Wilson, Martha woad, Dave Eagle, Bih Hayes and Gerry
Howells
The ~ainutes were accepted a~ read.
The Treasurer's report was accepted as read.
It was reported that test pits were dug by Lexington DP~V" stafl~on the Rangeway Street
site in early December. Dave Eagle3 Marshall Derby and N!~artha woad were present.
Martha wood represented LexHA,B when the Pla~r~ning Board. reviewed the prey
plank Dec. ~Q. The any request was that the drainage swale be made serpentine. Final
plans must be to the Planning o~'ice by February 1 and a hearing will be held in February
in preparation for the Annual Town Meeting.
Marshall Derby said the deeds to two homes in the ~Id Smith Farm development on
wood Street would probably be eon~reyed to Lem in January.
The next meeting will be .held an Wednesday, January 14, 204.
