Marshall checked our future unit as Smith Farm and found it had no AC or
garbage disposal, but the developer has rectified the situation.
The Treasurer's report was accepted.
Rangeway-David and Marshall met with the Assistant Fire Chief about the
layout of the future house. There is no problem. Marshall will meet with
the Conservation Committee about the water that runs down the hill. Noonan
and McDowell will do the survey.
There will be a special Town Meeting in November to discuss the deficit.
There was a Selectmen's meeting about forming a housing partnership that
may be able to get a Federal block grant. Marshall stated that advocacy
was very important, but it was not our place. We do what the Town wants
us to do. Martha will represent us at the future meetings.
The Board discussed the CMARC letter that Bill had drawn up and agree to
have it sent. We will check in six to eight months to see if they have
received more funding.
The next meeting is on Wednesday, October 8, at 7:30 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
