Minutes for June 1Q, 2003
Present: Marshall Derby, David Eagle, Martha Wood, Catherine Abbott,
William Hays, Donald Wilson, William Kennedy
The minutes were accepted as read.
The Treasurer's report was accepted as read,
Edna Street appliances are being. installed. The students are finishing
this next week. We will have to finish the house with private contractors.
When it is completed, we will invite the Selectmen and Town meeting
members to an Open House.
The meeting with the Rangeway neighbors was very positive. They expressed
concern about the unused part of the land, which will remain as is, and
they were told the road will be repaired and improved up to James Street
by the developer who is building at the bottom of the street.
On July ~1, LexHAB goes before the Selectmen to present the case for
developing Rangeway lot.
Marshall told the Baard that David Bums is using SOB to develop pauses
on Grandview Avenue, The Town will still own some lots there,
The next meeting will be held on July l6, at 7:30 p.m.
