Minutes for May 13, 2003
Present: Marshall Derby, Martha Wood, David Eagle, Gerald Howell,
Donald Wilson, and William Kennedy
The minutes were accepted as read.
The Treasurers report was accepted as read.
The report from Palmer and Dodge about the transfer of Town properties to
LexHAB is ready to go to the next Town meeting for approval.
Marshall reported on his appearance before the League of Women voters
meeting on affordable housing. Rev. Dan Smith is the Chairmen of Habitat.
We will encourage them on building affordable housing Lexington.

We may go to Town meeting to request approval for building a two family
house on Rangeway Street.
There was a discussion about North Street and other proposals.
There will be a two family house at Smith Farm on Wood Street ready for
occupancy in late summer.
Two three-bedroom units are to be built at Johnson Farm.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday, June 10 at 7p.m.
