The minutes were approved as read.
Treasurers Report: LexHAB is financially solvent.
Edna Street: The rough wiring, heating and plumbing materials have been delivered to
Minuteman Voc-Tech School where they are being readied for installation. Minuteman
will do the chimney this time. The roof is tight to the weather. Doors and windows are
on order.
Franklin School: Negotiations continue.
Rannewav: Town engineering has agreed to prepare the site plan. Forms to do a local
initiative comprehensive permit have been received from the state. Derby will announce
plans to build on this site as part of the LexHAB annual report to Town Meeting. A
neighborhood meeting will be held in May.
Emerson Gardens: The condo association is doing a survey concerning the need to
replace windows.
Garfield Street: The Massachusetts Housing Authority reports that LexHAB met all

management practices requirements for these units.
There was discussion concerning the proposed future use for a01 Bedford Street
including possibly moving the DPW to Hartwell Avenue, usinga.01 Bedford to build a
Senior Center with or without DPW being co-located and possibly including housing on
the site. This will be discussed and voted on at the annual Town Meeting.
