Minutes for February 12, 2043
Present. Marshall Derby, David Eagle, Donald Wilson, ~~illiam Hays, and
Gerald Howe11
The minutes were approved as read.
The sale of Muzzey unit 11b was closed on January 29 at $2G4,4b1.~b. The
money was invested in Fannie Mai at 4% for five years.
The Treasurer°s report gas accepted as read.
Edna Street the wir~.ng, heating and p.umbing are bozng ~rorkod on. The road
is expected to cost $13,000. we have spent $74,241.57 so far.
It was suggested that a party be held in May to thank the Minuteman Toth
students and Rotary.
Franklin School The negotiations continue. Community Builders want to
meet with the Selectmen.
Ran ewa ~We can't build two units on that parcel without a Local Initativ~
Comprehensive permit.
Marshall was contacted about buying the Christian Science church. Wo can't
afford it.
Joan is on vacation until April 4.
There was a discussion about possible tenants for Bedford Street.
