Minutes for January 22, 2003
The minutes were approved as amended; under Treasurer's report, it was not
a money market that was bought, it was an instrument:Federal Farm credit
Bank for 7 years at 4.5%.
Treasurer's report approved as corrected. (above)
Nuzzey- the unit 116 is not closing on the 31st. They expect to close in
a week or ten days into February.
Edna Street is progressing nicely. -
Marshall received a letter from Mr. Duprey, a Locke Village trustee, suggesting
that we relinquish our vote on all future issues, since we will not vote
against a trustee. We are not waiving our vote and we are not participating
in the recall.
Patricia Nelson and Marshall met with Community Builders about Franklin School.
They are raising the rents 7%, they must,refinance for capital improvements.
They will have 10 Section 8 units and Zr moderate It was suggested that
when they have a surplus, they start paying off the Town. The goal is to
