The minutes were accepted as corrected.
The Treasurer's report was accepted as read.
Rangeway: The building permit process is underway but will not be issued for a
minimum of 30 days. The Conservation Commission has not completed its approval
process. The Board of Selectmen needs to issue its certificate of compliance.
Franklin School: Discussions are still being held.
North Street: Marshall Derby walked the North Street town property with representatives
from a landscape architectural firm selected by the Recreation Committee. The firm will
prepare some preliminary sketches and make a presentation to the board at some future
meeting.
Section 8s: Housing Authorities across the state are beginning to reduce the amount they
will reimburse for Section 8 certificate holders. This is happening because the amount of
money they are receiving from the federal government is being reduced. There is an
appeals process requiring information about market rent costs. The Board will ask Joan
Wall to gather the information.
Muzzey: Marshall Derby spoke with members of the condominium board asking them to
spread the word that LexHAB is interested in exchanging/selling one of its 2-bedroom
Muzzey condos for a 1-bedroom condo.
The next meeting will be held on Wt:4-:. : , September 14, 2004 at 7:00 pm.
The members voted to go into executive session for the purposes discussing personnel
matters and tenant selection.
