Minutes for July 14, 2004
Present: Marshall Derby, Donald Wilson, David Eagle, Catherine Abbott
William Hays, Gerald Howell, Martha Wood, and William Kennedy
The Treasurers report was accepted as read.
Rangeway Marshall met with the Conservation Committee who asked that the
road not be built until the drainage work was doneon the property.
Marshall will go before the Selectmen in August. Site work can be done
before that. Dave said that Noonan said a dry well will be needed in
front of the house. The road will be done during the Summer of 2005.
North Street Marshall met with the Recreation Committee to show them the
property and our idea for development. They were very enthusiastic.
Marshall will meet with a Lanscape Architect on Tuesday.
Old Smith Farm The tenant has moved in.
Franklin School is a morass.
Muzzey High condo Marshall will contact the Trustees to buy a one bedroom
unit and sell Unit 106.
Emerson Gardens The cost for the new windows will be about $60,000.
Katandin Woods has been bought by Prudential from Cigna.
The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 11, at 7:3Op.m.
