Minutes for June 2, 2004
Present: Marshall Derby, Donald Wilson, William Bays, Gerald Dowell
David Eagle, and Catherine Abbott
The minutes were approved as read.
The Board discussed the future expenditures that will be needed for
Rangeway and Johnson Farm, and the investments that will be needed
to pay for them.
Rangeway The Conservation Commission will hold a hearing on June 22
concerning wetlands. Dave discussed plans for water drainage.. -4 c',' �3
g Marshall
met with the architect at Spencer Street to discuss changing the plans for
the second floor-less hallway and bigger bedrooms.
North Street Marshall discussed the possibility of providing housing for
Lexington Seniors, and maybe with a recreation site. We would also consider
providing transportation.
Woodland Road Marshall received a call from TILL requesting help paying for
new rugs. The Board agreed to pay one third for high grade rugs.
Franklin School A letter is suppose to be sent to the tenants explaining
the rent increase and asking them to submit a copy of their Federal Income
Tax return.
CMARC will be contacted to find if their funding has been increased, and
their rent will be reviewed at the next meeting.
The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 14, at 7:30 p.m.
