The Board discussed the future expenditures that will be needed for Rangeway and Johnson Farm, and the investments that will be needed to pay for them. Ran ewa The Conservation Commission will hold a hearing on June 22 concerning wetlands. Dave discussed Tans for water drama e. -~ ~ ~~ P g Marshall met with the architect at Spencer Street to discuss changing the plans for the second Hoar-less hallway and bigger bedrooms. North Street Marshall discussed the possibility of providing housing for Lexington Seniors, and maybe with a recreation site. We would also consider providing transportation. Woodland Road Marshall received a call from TILL requesting help paying for new rugs. The Board agreed to pay one third for high grade rugs. Franklin School A letter is suppose to be sent to the tenants explaining the rent increase and asking them to submit a copy of their Federal Income Tax return. C~iARC will be contacted to find if their funding has been increased, and the rent will be reviewed at the next meeting.
