Minutes for May 12, 2004
Present: Marshall Derby, Donald Wilson, William Hays, Martha Wood, David Eagle,
and Catherine Abbott
The minutes were approved as read.
The Treasurer=s report was approved as read.
Rangeway_-The roadway and driveways are going out for bid. We are waiting
for the Engineer to drag up plans.
Old Smith Farm--cracks were found in the basement floor. The builder will
be asked to seal them.
The Selectmen need to sign the deeds to our properties.
The husband of a tenant came to talk about putting central air conditioning
in her unit. There was adiscussion about the noise bothering other tenants
and neighbors. She should discuss it with her neighbors, and he should
submit plans and information about the unit he would use.
The producer of Knock First came to discuss the makeover of a bedroom in
one of our units, which would be shown on TV. It would involve two days
work, with a production trailer and other work space outside. The Board
discussed the situation and decided it would not work out for our unit.
The next meeting is on June 2 at 7:30 p.m.
