Minutes for February 11, Zo04
Present: Marshall Derby, Gerald Howell, Catherine Abbott, David Eagle,
and will~.am Kennedy
The. Minutes were accepted as read.
The Treasurer's report was accepted as read, A CD is due on February Z0,
and Marshall would like to roll it over for a term of 30 months. The Board
unanimously agreed,
Marshall discussed the plans for Rangeway,
Marshall asked the Stabile Company at old Smith Farm to put in central
air conditioning while doing the other affordable unit. we will be able
to rent it as a three bedroom unit if it has a hard~wlred smoke detector
in the third room.
The next meting will be held on March 3, at 7:3o p,m,
