APRIL 191
LEXINGTON HOUSINGASSISTANCE BOARD, INC.
4 MILITIA DRIVE, SUITE 3
LEXINGTON,MASSACHUSETTS 02421
(781) 863-5362
Minutes for January 14, 2004
Present: Marshall Derby, Donald Wilson, William Hays, Martha Wood,
Catherine Abbott
The minutes were accepted as read.
The Treasurer's report was accepted as read. Marshall proposed a 5 to 6 years
maximum time for investments, and 1 to 2 years for CD's.
Marshall will check to see when our unit at Old Smith Farm will be turned
over to us, and if it will qualify as a two or three bedroom. We will then
discuss the rent.
A developer contacted Marshall about giving us money instead of units he
hopes to develop off Winter Street. The Board agreed that might be a
reasonable solution.
The Planning Board's meeting about Rangeway will be held on Wednesday,
February 25 at 7:45 p.m. in the Selectmen's Meeting room.
Johnson Farm's units for us are expected to be ready next Spring.
All new leases will state that "No unregistered vehicles will be allowed
on our property without prior approval”
The next meeting is planned for March 3, 2004.
Respectfully submitted,
Joan M. Wall
