Minutes for June 8, 2005
Present: Marshall Derby, Gerald Howell, Donald Wilson, Martha Wood,
Catherine Abbott, William Hays, and David Eagle
Mrs Larrabee came before the Board to request permission for her father,
Mr. Philip Gilman, to rent his unit for one year while he is in assisted
living. Permission was granted, the tenant must be interviewed and he
will be allowed to charge $475.00 rent.
The minutes were approved as read.
The Treasurer's report was approved as read.
The Rangeway house will be sealed up for the Summer, and started again
in the Fall. The road will be paved this summer
Franklin School--Jean, Pat, Marshall, and Filicia had a phone conservation.
A letter of agreement to conditions was sent, and two weeks later they
are waiting for a reply.
New sites--The Board approved the exploring of the development of a
Town lot at Moreland and Buckman Drive.
There was a discussion of creation of a Public Trust.
There will be no July meeting, instead we will have a cook-out at
Marshall's House on July 13.
