Minutes for June 8, 2005
Present: Marshall Derby, Gerald Howell, Donald Nilson, Martha waad,
Catherine Abbott, William Hays, and David Fagle
~~rs Larrabee came before~.the F~oard to request permission far her father,
Mr.~Philip oilman, to rent his unit for one year while he is in assisted
living., Permission was granted, the tanant must be interviewed and he
will be allowed to charge $475.00 rent.
The minutes were approved as read.
The Treasurer,'s report was approved as read.
The Ran~eway house will be sealed up for the Summer, and started again
in the Fa11. The road will be paved this summer
Franklin School-Jean, Pat, ~~arshall, and Filicia had a phone conservation.
A letter of agreement to conditions was sent, and two weeks later they
are waiting .for a reply. ~ ~ .
New sites--The hoard approved the exploring of the development of a
Town lot at ~~oreland and Buckmsn Drive.
There was a discussion of creation of a Public Trust.
There will be no July meeting, instead we will have acook-out at
~~arshall's House on July 13.
