" There was no Treasurer ' s report . Rangeway --- Updated financial statements for the project were presented. Dave reported that framing is moving well and that the road work will probably be done this Spring . Johnson Farm -- It was noted that the cellar hole for the Lexhab unit has not been dug; the builder seems to be running behind schedule . Sedge Road -- Our tenant will do her best to keep the outside drain clean. North Street -- Marshall reported that in Palmer Dodge ' s opinion, the front lot having been aquired from the Commonwealth can be used for any approved municipal use of which housing is one . The rear lot having been purchased for recreational use cannot be used otherwise without an act of the Great and General Court and approval by the Selectmen. Marshall also stated that the Conservation Commission plans tViktilift the front lot into conserva- tion. Marshall will discuss this turn of events with the Planning Board and later with the Selectmen; in the meantime , he will call Bob Bicknell and bring him up to date . Next Meeting: March 9th at 7 pm. It was then voted, each member separately registering his or her vote , unanimously to go into Executive Session to discuss purchase of land . '` -- Executive Session February 9, 2005 Present : Marshall Derby, Dave Eagle, Cathy Abbott, Bill Hays and Martha Wood Marshall discussed the so-called offer to purchase which Lynn Pease of the Franklin School group said had been extended some time ago and which the Town had not responded to. Marshall said that he checked and it seems very clear that no offer of any kind ever came from Community Builders. None- the-less, the Selectmen decided to accept whatever Community Builders may have thought it was offering to do by way of sale and have reserved a place on the warrant for same should Community Builders agree to sell .
