Minutes for January 5, 2005
Present; Marshall Derby, David Eagle, William Hays, Gerald Howell,
Martha Wood, and Donald Wilson
The minutes were approved as read.
The Treasurer's report was approved as read.
There was a discussion about the construction costs for Rangeway.
Mt. Eric Shapiro came before the Board to discuss the future plans for
the Battlegreen Inn. The Oak Tree Green Development Company is involved
with urban development. They hope to build 34 to 37 condominiums.
North Street-The recreation Committee is waiting for a letter from Town
Coi4l, then they will go, to the Selectmen.
Franklin School--they are looking to refinance the mortgage.
The Board voted to consider Hanscom workers as qualifiying as Lexington
connection, if all other factors are equal.
The next meeting will be held on February 9, at 7:30 p.m.
