Minutes for January 18, 2006
Present; Marshall Derby, Donald Wilson, William Hays, Gerald Howell,
and Patricia Nelson -Counsel to Board
The minutes were accepted as read
The Treasurer's report was accepted as read.
Work is progressing on the Rangeway House.
The Board agreed to renewal of the office. The rent increased to $660 per mo.
The subsidy Committee gave its report and recommendations for discussion.
They will talk with a Realtor to get the current market rents.
The work is slow at Johnson Farms, but we hope to have the houses soon.
