The Open House at Rangeway was visited by a Selectman, other Town officials,
and neighbors. The final report will be ready next month.
Brookhaven has offered two payments of $50,000 to LexHAB in lieu of units
in their new development.
There was a discussion about 11 Spencer Street. Marshall met with Ms. Angelo
to discuss building a second unit on her property and owning it. We would
offer her $100,000 for right to build.
There was a discussion about the water problem at 336/338 Bedford Street.
Pat was asked to send a demand letter. We will move the present tenant to
18 Rangeway until it is repaired.
Bill Kennedy and Marshall held Open House at 106 Muzzey. There were
several interested people. If we have no buyer by Monday, we will ask
Diane McIver and Lester Savage to list it. Dave and Bill will talk to them.
Bill will write a thank you note to Lester Savage for his rental appraisal
of our units.
The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 19, at 7:30 p.m.
