Minutes for April 2Z, 200
Present: William Hays, .Gerald I~owell, David Eagle, ~]llliar~ Kennedy,
Martha wood and Patricia Nelson
Bill Hays gave the report on Town meeting request for CPA funds with
rousing Partnership. $2~,Q00 approved
`Bill Kennedy gave the LexHAB annual report and our request for money
to pay off our loan to buy three units at Parker Manor. It passed, but
there are questions if they qualify unc~er 40B.
The Town Planner, Aaron Henry came before the Board to discuss 408,
and the changes they want to make to our rules and regulations.
Jefferson Union development will. owe us $200,000 ater their second to
last sale is completed,
Bill H. received a call from ~~ unit at Parker ~~Ianor to see if we would
be interested Zn buying his ~-~it . Board ~~~embers will ~.ook at it .
The Minutes for March were appw~oved with the addition of Martha ~~ood present.
The Treasurers report was approved. Dave gave the Board members a
booklet from MMDT. The Board agreed to move one million from Schwab
account to MMDT.
Martha suggested that applications should be left at Town ~a11 and the
Eibrary.
Pat discussed the reimbursement from the Emerson Gardens Trustees for the
damage done to our unit by a bursed pipe and the Board decided to accept zt.
The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 13.
