Minutes for December 11, 2007
Present David Eagle, Donald Wilson, William Hays, Martha Wood, William
Kennedy, Norman Cohen and Patricia Nelson
The Minutes were approved as read.
There was mo Treasurer's report
There was a discussion about the fact that the Town wants the Board to
pay for the insurance coverage for the LexBAB houses. It is estimated
to be approximately $22,000. We thought it was under an umbrella policy.
The Board voted to pay.
At Parker Manor we can only use tenants that qualify for 60% of the
income limit, so that those units will qualify for 40B.
The Board discussed a lot at Buckman Drive and decided it was not build-
able. There is a LHA house on David Road and our house on Philip Road.
Pat will get an estimate for lead paint removal at Parker Manor.
The next meeting will he held on January 16,2008 at 7:30 p.m.
