Minutes for November 13, 2007
Present: Donald Wilson, William Hays, David Eagle, Martha Wood,
William Kennedy, Patricia Nelson
Minutes--The second paragraph was changed to, Bob"Bicknell reported"
Treasurer's report was accepted as read.
336/338 Bedford Street--The drainage take was installed and the per-
imeter drain was finished.
14 Woodland Road--The rugs will be cleaned. The rent will be increased
to $1400.
The was a bad backup of sewage into 8 Bruce Road. A thank you note to
Bill Hadley will be sent, for their prompt response
Martha and Bill attended the CPA meeting. If funds from Metrowest Home
Consortium are approved, are out of packet money will be reduced. This
will be reported at CPA hearing in December.
CPA and the Planning Board want the three Parker Manor units to be
counted toward the State housing numbers, so we would have to change
our advertising and selection process.
Franklin School--Dave met with Town Manager,Comptroller, Jeanne Kreiger,
Norman Cohen, Patricia Nelson, and Mecky Adnami from Community Builders
and toured the school. A decision was made to have Mecky present the
material to the full Selectmen Board. Mecky was to get contractor's bids.
Muzzey--The Town's mortgage has not been discharged. It is there o kee
the units afforable and is part of our Certificate of Compliance. T
There is a question about the insurance for our three new units. =1t isul
the Board's feeling that we are under a blanket policy. Norman will check.
