Minutes for October 16, 2007
Martha discussed the application and CPA funding for the face of the
mortgage for the Parker Manor units. Dave moved and Don seconded that we
sumhmit application and authorize Bill to sign. It was unanimous.
Bob Bicknell, for the Lexington Housing Partnership, told Martha they were
recommending allocation of Metrowest Home Consortium funds of $57,336 to
LexHAB for purchase of Parker Manor units.
The minutes were approved.
The Treasurer's report was approved.
Dave discussed the drainage in back of 336/338 Bedford Street. A 500 gl.
tank will be installed and a perimeter drain. There was a vote of approval
to do this work.
Mecky Adnami, Director of Preservation for Community Builders, and Noah
Sawyer, Project Manager, came to discuss the need for capital to improve
Franklin School Condominium. There is a need to improve the rent structure.
$2.3Mwill come from Mass. Bousing.There is a need to recertify the tenants.
The Board discussed the options about representation to Selectmen.
Dave presented an update on our future tenant's situation on bankruptcy
