The Treasurer's report was approved as read. The Board approved putting a fence between 12 Rangeway and 16 Rangeway. Lester Savage made an offer for LexHAb to the owner of 18 Cottage Street. The seller is not interested in lowering the price. Parker School has two units for sale. Dave and Bill will view them. Dave and John B. met with Richard Maggio at 336 Bedford Street to examine the corrections made to stop the basement from flooding. It was determined that the repairs were poorly done and inadequate. More work is needed to correct the situation. Estimates will be sought for the necessary repairs. Dafna Krouk-Gbrdon came before the Board to discuss an increase in rent for 14 Woodland Road. She talked about TILL and the ciaodland house. She asked the Board to visit the house-before making a final decision on the increase. Lauren McSweeney agreed to join the "Marshall Derby Emergency Housing Fund" Board. Lisa George-Cox withdrew her application for housing.
