Minutes for April 24, 2007
The minutes were accepted as read.
The Treasurer's report was accepted as read. Dave said he may move
some money out of Schwab.
It was agreed that if the Emergency Housing Fund comes into existence,
it will be named for Marshall Derby.
There was a discussion about CPA funds for housing, and how we should
go about applying for them. Bill Kennedy talked to the Planning Board
and they are in favor of housing at Busa Farm.
The Woman from Community Builders got back to Pat and told her they
had a productive meeting and are working on it.
Gerry Abegg cane to discuss the St Brigid's house. The Archdiocese
would lease us the foot print of the house with provision to buy it
back in the future. They would like to see to units for developpently
handicapped, no children, we would build a house with our money, and
operate it. Gerry would like us to go with him to the MDC with a proposal.
The next meeting will be held on May 9.
