Minutes for February 21, 2007
Present: Donald Wilson, William Kays, David Eagle, Gerald Howell,
and Patricia Nelson
The minutes were approved,
The Treasurer's report was approved,
Pat Nelson discussed a letter from Felicia Jacques concerning Franklin
School. After discussion, Bill recommended that they honor their initial
agreements.
The Subsidy Study was presented and discussed. Suggestions were; to set
target for percent of market rate, set a ceiling, and assess every two
years. There will be further discussion,
Bill Hays has agreed to be temporary Chairman.
The nest meeting will be held on Tuesday, .March 13,
