Editor's Note: The vote on this article was amended 3-19-2008 ATM by Art. 39 to
permit nonsubstantive changes to the numbering in order to ensure compliance with
the numbering format of the Code of Lexington.

The Town shall have a Tourism Committee consisting of nine members.
Membership shall include interested representatives from the community.
Members of the Committee shall be appointed annually by the Board of
Selectmen to serve a one-year term.

The Tourism Committee shall be charged with enhancing and promoting
Lexington tourism. The Committee shall work with community groups to ensure
a cohesive tourism experience.
