ABUTTER NOTIFICATION
TOWN OF LEXINGTON
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in The Parker Room, Town Office Building, 1625 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington, on Day, Date, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in accordance with
the provisions of the Mass. Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L.Ch.131, s. 40) and the Wetland Protection Code of the Town of Lexington (Ch.130). During this hearing, the Commission will
review a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Applicant for the Proposed Project Description within the list out all applicable wetland resource areas, including the 100-foot Buffer Zone,
at Project Address, Assessor’s Property Map ?, Lot ? in Lexington, MA and owned by name of property owner if different than applicant. The NOI and plans are available for viewing through
Lexington’s online permitting system, ViewPoint Cloud, Permit No. CNOI-##-#### (Go to https://lexingtonma.viewpointcloud.com and search by Permit #). If this hearing is not closed,
it will be continued to a date requested by the applicant without further abutter notification.
