ABUTTER NOTIFICATION
TOWN OF LEXINGTON
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
The Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing in The Parker Room, Town Office Building, 1625 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington, on Day, Date, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in accordance with
the provisions of the Mass. Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L.Ch.131, s. 40) and the Wetland Protection Code of the Town of Lexington (Ch.130), for a Request for an Amended Order of Conditions
(AOOC) filed by Applicant for the Proposed Project Description within list out all applicable wetland resource areas, including the 100-foot Buffer Zone, at Project Address, Assessor’s
Property Map ?, Lot ? in Lexington, MA and owned by name of property owner if different than applicant. The AOOC and plans are available for viewing through Lexington’s online permitting
system, ViewPoint Cloud, Permit No. AOOC-##-#### (Go to https://lexingtonma.viewpointcloud.com and search by Permit #). If this hearing is not closed, it will be continued to a date
requested by the applicant without further abutter notification.
