The flue members of the Board and Mr. Spencer went out and looked
at various parcels of real estate on this day.
The Assessors at a prior meeting abated the 1939 real estate tax of
E.lmer` L. & Rhoda C. Cushman but the 1939 apportioned sewer assess-
ment and interest item on their bill should have been abated 0a t that
meeting also; so the Assessors at this meeting voted to abate the
1939 amounts and they signed the abatement slips.
The Selectmen having authorized the Assessors to abate the following
two unapportioned Water Assessments the Board at this meeting voted
to abate the two assessments and they signed the abatement slips
at this meeting.

Secretary of the Board, on this date.
The lists for the Town Accountant giving the names, amount of tax
abated andthe reasons for the abatements were signed by the Assessors
at this-meeting.
The Assessors examined the applications filed by the following real
estate owners or applicants and they viewed the parcels and at this meet-
ing voted that no reduction be made on the 1940 assessments because they
did not feel that the parcels were over assessed;
