The Board examined the statutory Exemption application filed
. by Mr. Patrick Malloy' of 23 Farmcrest Avenue, 'and' at this meeting
they voted to abate his 1938 real estate tax of 0170.68.
Abatement granted under Clause 18, sec. 5. Chapter 59, G.L.
The 1938 apportioned street 'betterment standing in the name
of Patrick Malloy was also abated by the Board.
