A quorum of committee members met in the Hudson Room, Car y Hall - 1605 Massachusetts Ave,
Lexington MA. Members of the public were also able to view and participate in the meeting from their
computer or tablet via the link provided with the meeting agenda.
The committee reviewed and discussed an evaluation matrix (fit /benefit criteria). A slideshow
overviewing criteria and concepts was presented.
