We decided to have future meetings from 9:00 am to 10:00 am on the second
Friday of each month

2. Margret Coppe: - Discussion on trends in local election and action items

3. Fernando Quezada - Citizens academy's next steps
4. Eileen Zalisk spoke about: (1) developing a plan to methodically increase voter registration,
especially among Lexington residents who are qualified to vote but are not registered (calling
and following up) (2) the use of Vote Builder and similar systems to (a) evaluate past
voting (b) encourage voting by virtual and in-person phone banks to regular voters in state
and national elections to get out the vote prior to local elections.
5. Jeri Zeder - Update on civics curriculum.
