Minutes from the Community Housing Resources Subcommittee Meeting—March 8,2022

Summary of Discussion
1. Call to Order—HPB Subcommittee on Community Housing Specialist
The meeting was held remotely via Zoom conference and called to order by Margaret
at 7:03 pm.Minutes were taken by Jeri Foutter.
2. Subcommittee Plans
This is our 51" meeting on Affordable Housing Resources and there was discussion of end
results and timeline.
3. Discussion Topics
• Concord and Amherst housing information provided by Robert Pressman
• Lexington status report versus information on other towns provided by Liz Rust(9
town quarterly report)
• Subcommittee to prepare for a meeting with Carol Kowalski in order to set-up
objectives, draft job description, and plan to proceed —sample topics
o Housing dedicated employee working with RHSO
o Information on three documents
o List of possible housing endeavors
• Various locations in Lexington with potential for development with affordable housing
4. Meeting Minutes
Postpone review and approval of the prior meeting Minutes until the next meeting.
5. Set the Next Meeting
The next meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday April 12, 2022, at 7:00 pm.
6. Adjourn the Meeting
Jeri Foutter moved for adjournment and Robert Pressman seconded the motion.The
motion passed unanimously; themeeting was adjourned at 8:07 PM.
