The meeting was opened in the office of the Town
Accountant at 7:40 P.�'''. , by Chairman Lewis L. uoyt, with
the following members in attendance:
Levis L. Hoyt, Chairman
Thacher Jenney Ronald D. Brown
Raymond "pond George AT. Hynes
Fred C . Nerhall Carl E. Bryant
Raymond L. ?White - Town Accountant
Minutes of the Meeting weld February 19, 1945.
It was regularly moved and voted to dispense
with the reading of the minutes of the regular meeting
held January 29, 1945.
Chairman Lewis T. Hoyt spoke about Article 16
in the Warrant relative to Kindergartens. A general dis-
cussion was had, and it was finally voted that this Com-
mittee is opposed to a kindercarten at this time.
Chairman TToyt then spoke about Article 17 In the
Tarrant relative to a sprinkler system being installed at
the *Tunroe School atan approximate cost of P8,000.00.
A motion was made, seconded and voted to approve this
Article for a sum not to exceed 4;8, 000.00.
Chairman TToyt then discussed Article 18 in the
Warrant relative to a Committee of Five to select further
school sites. This Committee reouests an appronria tion
of 1500.00 so that wash borings can be made. After a
general discussion, a motion was made, seconded and voted
to approve a sum of 300.00 to be used only for wash borings.
The remainder of the evening was spent on the
