Mr. Raymond L. White, Secretary of the Appropriation
Committee, contacted by telephone the members of the Committee
in reference to transferring money from the Reserve Fund to the
following accounts :
Sewer Maintenance - Personal Services S 16.50
Highway Maintenance - Personal Services 74.00
Water Maintenance - Personal Servides 49.50
$140.00
The shortage in these accounts is due to the trans-
ferring of Mr. John F. OtConnor and Mr. George 0. Harrington
at the beginning of the year from the Personal Services Budget
to the Wages R- Expenses Budget. Their first two weeks of com-
pensation was taken out of the Personal Services Budget and no
money was asked to be appropriated to cover this shortage in the
. Personal Services Account.
The members of the Appropriation Committee who ap-
proved the transfers were as follows :
Lewis L. Hoyt, Chairman
George M. Hynes Richard W. Maynard
Fred C. Newhall ' Raymond A. Bond
Ronald D. Brown Harvey F. Winlock
Thatcher Jenney
Mr. Carl E. Bryant could not be reached.
