Harper Blaisdell Logan Clark Jr . Oscar R. Carlson Robert N. Gary Richard H. Battin Donald P. Noyes Frank T. Parrish, Jr. Mrs. Kichard W. Souza Raymond L. White, Sec. Ralph rifield telephoned the secretary that he could not attend this meeting as he -would be out of town. The meeting was called to order at 7 '50 P. M. The special Town Meeting has been changed from November 16, 1964 to November 23, 1964 at 8:00 P. M. The chairman spoke in general on Edward w. Gourdeau, a fireman who has a heart condition and the Town has spent $2,3000.00 so fair on him. Also the chaitman stated that William Fitzgerald expects an additional $,000.00 for medical expenses. Rheumatic heart Condition. Article in special Town meeting warrant for payment of medical expenses. Join Blaisdell read the letter he received from the Standing School Building ommittee, were they would like our Committee to meet with them on October 15th 1964. John Blaisdell and Frank Parrish attended this meeting, and stated that the plans for both new schools were drawn. . One school : is to have pvtiple and the other yellow brick, Both schools to use the same plans. Moreland and Middleby schools are to be of light steel construction and flat. roof. Bids have gone out and will be opened on November 10th 1964. Basic schools are exactly the same. Grading of school aroundsare to ba separated bids. Middleby school to be builtwithin 400 calendar days. Moreland Ave school to be built in 600 calendar days. The chairman stated that the association of Town Finance Committee fall meeting is to be held at Hotel 128 Dedham on Monday Evening November 9th at 5'45• P. M. Article 8 special town meeting is on Lyon' s property and the figure likely is between $52,000.00 to $56,000.00 Article 9 separate appropriation on Worthen Road. It was suggested that we meet with the Board of Selectmen On November 16, 1964 to go over the articles in warrant for special town meeting of November 23, 1964. A general discussion was had on Appropiation Committee reports, whether one report to each voter or one report to each residence.
