Harper Blaisdell, Chairman Robert M. Gary Oscar R. Carlson Mrs. Richard W. Souza Raymond L. White, Secretary Donald P. Noyes and Ralph B. Fifield telephoned the secretary that they could not be present at this meeting of September 28th 1964, as they both would be out of town. Letter from the Board of Selectmen requesting $1,000.00 from the Reserve Fund to Medical Expenses - Police and Fire. A motion was made seconded and voted to transfer $1,000.00 as requested Letter from dames J. Carroll requesting $1,400.00 from the Reserve Fund to board of Registrars - Expenses. A motion was made, seconded, and voted to transfer $1,400.00 asr requested. Letter from Board of Selectmen requesting 4101 .93 for express on voting Machines purchases under Article #11 of the Town Meeting June 8, 1964 A motion was made, seconded and voted to transfer $101.93 as requested. The remainder of the evening was spent on general discussions. suggestions etc. We are to have dividers for our books, possibly six to number. The chairman spthke in general on the Appropriation Committee report suggesting one report to a household, instead of one to each voter " in a household. Mr. Blaisdell stated that all articles for the warrant must be in the hands of the Board of Selectmen on Monday, October 5, 1964. Mr. Blaisdell said that Mr. George Morey, chairman of Trustee of Public Trust stated that they would like a transfer 45,000.00 instead of $4,000.00 from the Westview Perperual Care Fund at our annual Town Meeting. Mr. Blaisdell stated ingeneral that personal service budgets would be on pink sheets, expense budgets on green sheets and articles on white sheets. Also it was decided by the members present that the monthly appropriation balance sheets be typed on 8* X 11" sheets instead of 8* X 14 " sheets. Meeting adjourned at 10:20 P. M.
