Noyes, Chairman J. Harper Blaisdell Robert H. Kingston Oscar R. Carlson Frank T. Parrish Jr. Ralph B. Fifield Jr. Raymond L. White, Sec. The meeting came to order at 7:35 P.M. and we proceeded examining budgets starting with 29 A. Supt. Of Public Works. Superintendent of Public Works, Personal Services, Item#29A - $47,536.56 " It It " , Expenses - , Item#29B - 2,210.00 Town Offices & Cary Memorial Building, Per. Services Item#31A- 18,735,72 " n n n " Expenses Item#31B- 49, 111.50 The item of Air Conditioning for $22,600.00 should be a separate article. Public Works Building, Expenses Item #32 - $14,525.00 The item for adding second floor area inside present building 7,000.00 suggests that be a separate article. Highway Maintenance , Expenses - Item #33 - $85,000.00 Item F. 27 Parking Lot Maintenance for $250.00 was discussed Snow Removal - Expenses - Item #35 $75,000.00 Road Machinery - Expenses- Item #34 47,650.00 Traffic Regulation &Control, Item #36 12,000.00 Street Lights Item #37 77,400.00 Street Signs Item #38 1,000.00 Sewer Services, Item #40 38,000.00 Grabage Collections Item #41 52,833.32 Sanitary Land Fill ( & Completion of Lincoln Street Dump) Item #42 31,500.00 Water Services - Expenses Item #)1i1 12,000.00 Insect Suppression Item #47 2,700.00 Irving H. Mabee of Planning Board entered our meeting in regard to a bill for legal services the Planning Board had received. After Mr. Mabee left we continued to examine the budgets. Water Construction 6" - 16" Expenses $39,650.00 Drain Construction Expenses 55,000.00 Street Construction Expenses 73, 125.00 Sidewalk onstruction Expenses 40,000.00 Meriam Street - Off Street Parking lot, Expenses 20,000.00 This item this committee suggested it be deferred. Road Machinery, Capital Expenditures Expenses 56,800.00 Voted to adjourn at 10:55 P. M. Our Next meeting to be held Monday evening, January 13th 1964 at 7:30 P. M. Raymond L. White, Secretary
