The Appropriation Committee met Monday, December 23, 1963 at 7:45
P.M. in the office of the Town Accountant.

Raymond L. White, Secretary
Ralph B. Fifield Jr. telephoned that he wotld not be present on
account of a cold.
Austin W. ,Fisher, chairman of Standing School Building Committee
resigned.
Town election to be on March 2, 1964
Annual town meeting to be on March 16, 1963
Library representative to be here next Monday
evening.
Robert Gary,chairman of Capital Expenditures Committee entered our
meeting and stated that the Selectmen had approved:
Street Acceptance for $73, 125.00
Sewer Laterals for $508,950.00
Street Construction-Captial Expenditures-$45,000.00
Mr. Robert Gary, Chairman of Capital Expenditures Committee left our
meeting.
On checking Collector of Taxes, Personal Services Budget, Item 3-A
double jumping of salaries.
On checking Collector of Taxes, Expenses Item 3-B both Columns the
same. , Column for 1963, item state forms should be $1700.00, total $3,475.00.
