Noyes, Chairman J. Harper Blaisdell Richard H. Battin John R. Bevan Logan Clarke Jr. Oscar R. Carslon Robert H. Kingston Frank T. Parrish Jr. Raymond L. White, Secretary Ralph B. Fifield Jr. Telephoned the secretary and said he could not attend the meeting. Sorry. IA.+aq Letter from Board of Selectmen requesting a transfer of $500.00 from the Reserve Fund to Assessor' s Personal Service account for overtime and extra help to work on getting the tax bills out. Motion made, seconded, and voted to transfer $500.00 from the Reserve Fund to Assessor' s Personal service account. Mr. Alfred Gray, executive administrator entered our meeting at 8:00 P.M. Mr. Carl Blake member of Town Meeting Association Joined our Meeting. The Collector's department asCed the Board of Selectmen to request a ' transfer from the Reserve Fund to ollector' s department personal service account of $150.00 for overtime so that the remaining tax bills can get out immediately. Motion was made, seconded and voted to transfer the sum of $150. 00 from the Reserve Fund to Collector' s Department Personal Services Account. Mr. Alfred Gray, executive administrator read a letter from the Board of Selectmen requesting a transfer of $800.00 from the Reserve Fund to Accounting Department, expense account for supplies and mechanization of the accounting system. $306.00 for control box and balance of $494.00 for supplies etc. Centralized purchasing and to encumber all accounts. A motion was made, seconded, and voted to transfer $800.00 from the Reserve Fund to the Accounting Department expense account. Board of Selectmen wrote a letter to Donald Noyes which stated that they would like the Appropriation Committee to meet with them on Monday December 2, 1963 at 8:30 P. M. for an exploratory discussion of the 1964 budgets. Meeting Adjourned at 10:10 P.M. Raymond L. White Secretary
