Donald P. Noyes chairman recgived an urgent telephone request from
Lincoln P. Cole Jr. Chairman of the oard of Selectmen requesting a trsln.sfcr
of $500.00 from the Reserve Fund to Public works Superintendents Office, Out
of State Travel.
Mr. Noyes contacted by telephone the following members:

Robert H. Kingston Frank T. Parrish Jr.
Raymond L. White - who approved
the transfer together with Donald P. Noyes.
The secretary was instructed to make the transfer of 5500.00 from
the Reserve Fund to the Public Works Superintendents Office, Out of State
travel account.
