The Secretary received a letter of request, dated July 16, 1963,
from the Board of Selectmen in which the Fire Commissioners requested
__ a transfer of $2,708.00 from the Reserve Fund to the Fire Department
expense account.
The Secretary contacted William P. Fitzgerald, Chairman of the Board of
Fire Corrissioners to check to see if the request was urgent or
whether such request could be delayed a few weeks due to the summer
season and difficulty to get the Committee together. Bill Fitzgerald
- said such request could be delayed a couple of weeks so the Secretary
• informed Donald Noyes, Chairman.
• Donald Noyes, Chairman, contacted by telephone, members of the Committee
and the following members voted in favor of a transfer of $2,70$.00 from
the Reserve Fund to the Fire Department expense account.
