Noyes, Chairman J. Harper Blaisdell,Vice Chairman Richard H. Battin C'n Robert H. Kingston John R. Bevan Frank T. Parrish, Jr. Oscar R. Carlson Q Raymond L. White, Secretary t Ralph B. Fifield Jr. telephoned the Secretarystatinghe was going on vacation and would not be present. g g A general discussion was had relative to Lexington Golf course. A letter from Albert Gray, Jr. stated that the Board of Selectmen voted to request the Appropriation Committee to transfer the sum of $100.00 from the Reserve Fund to the Police Department, Out of State Travel budget. Finally it was voted to transfer the sum '440.00 as the Police Department, Out of State Travel appropriation balance, as of June 30, 1963 shows $60.00. At 9:00 P. M. Messrs. Irving H. Mabee, Chairman, Robert E. Meirer and Roland Greeley, of the Planning Board, joined our meeting to talk about the golf course and land conservation. The Planning Board is 100% behind the Conservation Commissioner. Under State law the Conservation Commissioner buys easements on certain acreage. The Lexington Conservation Commissioner can only spend $15,000.00 a year, then the State would match a like amount of $15,000.00. The Planning Board left our meeting at 9:25 P. M. and a general discussion on land conservation was held. The meeting adjourned at 9:45 P. M. Respectfully submitted, Raymond L. White Secretary
