The Appropriation Committee met Monday evening, February 11, 1963 at 7:30
P. M. in the office of the Town Accountant.

The secretary informed the members what our free cash was after the closing
,- of the Road Machinery Fund into Excess and Deficiency. The revised figure
c., + is >159,757.01.
Also the secretary stated what the Town' s borrowing capacity is, which
was verified by the Bureau of Accounts. The figure is $2,906,657.00.
The chairman stated that there will be no appropriation for the Posture
Clinic this year.
The chairman also stated that he has a request for 3,000.00 for an appropria-
tion to cover the cost to study and prepare prelimenary plans for the
Town Comfort Station.
Some of our members sat in with the Board of Selectmen on some of the
appropriations and the other members worked on Article Li. budget for our
Annual Reports.
The meeting finally adjourned at 11 : 15 P . M.
