Kingston Raymond L. lhite, Secretary A letter from the foard of Selectmen was read as follows: "Please be ad- vised that the Hoard of Selectmen voted last evening to call a Special Town electing to be held on -•:onday, January 28, 1963 at -8:00 P . "' eet . .letter from the heard of Assessors to correct their budget figures for 1963 as they overlooked the item of 19,900.00 due to the Cole-Layer Tremble Co. on April 24, 1963 as the final payment on the revaluation contract. A letter from the Board of Selectmen requesting the Appropriation Committee to transfer the sum of ;2 '•0.65 from the Reserve Fund to :hard of Health Personal Service account. The Appropriation Committee voted to transfer the sum of 230.65 to Board of Health, Personal Service account from the Reserve Fund. A letter from the Board of Selectmen attaching copy received from Ca..letery Commissioner requesting a transfer of ; 54.90 to Cemetery Department Personal Service account from the Reserve Fund. The Appropriation Committee voted to transfer the sum of ., 511..?0 to Cemetery Department, Personal Service account from the Reserve Fund. Logan Clarke, Chairman then spoke about compensation for the Secretary. He stated that .,;:.''• 0.00 wa:- voted and approved at the last Town meeting. A motion was ...._ ,c by Richard T-`. Eattin and seconded by Robert H. Kingston and voted that the secretary receive the ::!!80.00 for his services for the year 19(2. The chairman states' that Robert Gary, chairman of Capital Expenditures co. - mittee was to attend our meeting at 9: 00 P. o'clock, so until then we would start on budget requests.
