The Xi propriation Committee secretary got a verbal request from Jon J.
Carroll, Superintendent of Public works for ', 2,000.00 more from the
P. "serve Fund for Sewer Services as the "; 2,000.00 transfer they received
on November 26th, 1962 for Sewer Services has been expended. If they
do not receive the transfer now requested the sewer services will have to
be stopped as of today because of no funds, even though residents of the
Town havc made deposits for services not yet installed.
The secretary contacted by telephone, the chairman, Logan Clarke Jr. ,
who in turn is to contact the members of this committee to see if such
members are in favor of an additional transfer of 2,000.n0.
The secretary telephoned Logan Clarke Jr. Tuesday evening, December 11th,
a4 and he states that he had contacted the members by phone and the result
is as follows:
J. Harper Blaisdell, C. Roland Christensen, Richard H. Battin,
Robert H. Kingston, Logan Clarke Jr. and Raymond L. White voted in favor
of the transfer so it was therefore voted to transfer the sum of ;; 2,000.00
from the Reserve Fund to Sewer Service account.
