The Appro~riation Committee received a written request from the Collector
of Taxes for a transfer of ; 125.00 from the Reserve Fund in order to pay
a few bills.
The Appropriation Committee were pr -sent at a jcint meeting with the Board
of Selecten, School Committee, Standing School _uilding Committee and
Recreation Committee the evening of December, 6th, 1962 so after this meeting
:r. J. Harper Blaisdell, Vice Chairman got the Appropriation Com.:.ittee
members together and it was voted to transfer the sum of ,:;l25.00 from the
Reserve Fund to Collectors Department Expense account.

H. Kingston; Richard H. vattin; C. Roland Christensen and Raymond L. White.
