Tne Appropriation Committee met Thursday morning at 9:UU February 22,19b2
in the office of the Town Accountant.
Present: J. Harper Blaisaell, Chairman
Raymond L. White, Temp.Sec. Logan Clarke, Jr.
John R. Bevan

Mr. Freaerick Staples, Executive Assistant joined our meeting and
assisted the memberspresent on Articles inquestion and on our report.

The members present, incluaing Frederick Staples, Executive Assistant
. worked all day and into the late evening getting together Article IV ana
all other Appropriation Articles, and finally got the necessary data
together so that the printer would get the data on Friday, February 2j ,
1962 so tnat tne Appropriation Reports could be printed and in the
hands of tne voters previous to the Annual Town Meeting.
Tne meeting adjourned at 11:45 P. M.
