The Appropriation Committee met Monday evening January 22, 1962 in the
office of the Town Accountant.
Present : J. Harper Blaisdell, Chairman
Raymond L. White, Temp. Sec. Richard H. Battin
Maurice F. Shaughnessy John R. Bevin
Logan Clarke Jr. C. Roland Christensen
The first item mentioned was on the Posture Clinic. Mike was to check
on this item and report here tonight.
The Kindergarten is not a requirement of the State. Logan Clarke so
stated.
We went briefly over the School pepartment budgets and at 9:30 P. M. we
met with the Board of Selectmen.
The Selectmen discussed in general the Public Works budgets.
understood the Selectmen, on Out of State Travel, were considering
$50.00 for three days maximum.
Also the Board of Selectmen had gone over and tentatively decided $200.00
increment per person for this coming year.
At 11:30 P. M. the meeting was adjourned.
